Important announcement for customers on KC’s Local & National Tariffs
In October 2008 we launched new call packages called Local and National for business customers in East Yorkshire. For the first time we were able to include all local calls at no extra charge within a single low monthly fee. As part of this change, any calls that were made that weren’t included in the package price – for example, calls to mobiles – a set up fee was introduced of 4p per call, exclusive of VAT.
Since then there have been no increases to our basic package prices, and they will continue to stay the same. From 14 September 2010 however there will be a small increase to the call set up fee, to 5p per call, exclusive of VAT. We think that this still compares very favourably with for example BT, who charge a minimum fee of up to 9p per call.
